Quick answers

Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
No. Walk in whenever we’re open and browse for as long as you like. If you want dedicated time with a lighting designer or the smart home team, booking a free session means you won’t wait, but it’s never required.
Can you install what I buy?
Yes. For anything that needs professional fitting, such as EV chargepoints, electric showers, consumer units or full lighting schemes, we arrange a vetted, scheme-registered local installer before you leave, with a fixed quote and certification included.
I’m a tradesperson. What does a trade account get me?
Trade pricing across all 12,000-plus lines, a priority counter open from 7am on weekdays, 30-day credit terms on approval, and dedicated account management from Erin’s team. Email trade@electricityshowrooms.com to get set up. It usually takes a day.
Do you deliver, or is it collection only?
Both. Most items can be taken home the same day. Larger items and full schemes can be delivered free within 30 miles of any showroom, usually within two working days.
What’s your returns policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned to any showroom within 60 days for a full refund. And because you saw it switched on before buying, returns are rarer than you’d think.
